We’re delighted to announce a couple of the bumper crop of contributors to our April event.
Firstly, Chris Stewart from the Edinburgh School of Food & Wine will be along to talk about an exciting new project he’s developing. The school has a lamb masterclass coming up this week (on Thursday 20 March), delivered in partnership with Dougie Stirling from Farm Direct 2U, whom many of you will have met at the March event, and the folks from Great Grog. Secondly, Vivian Maeda will talk to us about the Food for Thought programme that she’s work on in her role with Scottish Business in the Community. This is an important food education initiative so we look forward to hearing more about it from Vivian.
