A huge congratulations to all involved with the exciting new Edinburgh Food Studio, which has now achieved its Kickstarter goal.
With the target amount of £10k now raised, the opportunity exists to support this project to achieve a thumping great total over the 18 days that still remain on the Kickstarter call.
It was clear from the outset that their initial target was highly likely to be met, not least because their rewards being offered are absolutely first rate and will give backers a speedy and delicious return on their support.
The challenge now faces Ben Reade and Sashana Souza Zanella, the folks behind the concept, to put our collective backing to good use, transforming a Newington space into a innovative food lab to celebrate local produce across the changing seasons.
We look forward to reading about the project’s adventures via their online journal, which will launch in early 2016.
